Welcome to JamunHR, a product of Livicot Enterprises, headquartered in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the JamunHR software-as-a-service platform ("Service"). By accessing or using JamunHR, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
JamunHR is a cloud-based Human Resource Management System (HRMS) designed for Indian businesses. The Service includes employee management, attendance tracking, payroll processing, compliance reporting (PF, ESI, PT, TDS), shift management, loan management, leave management, and related HR functionalities.
To use JamunHR, you must register a company account and provide accurate business information including GST number, mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each company receives a unique branded URL for accessing their HR dashboard.
JamunHR is offered on a per-employee, per-month subscription basis at Rs.30/employee/month (plus applicable GST at 18%). A minimum of 10 employees is required. Subscriptions are available in 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans. Payment can be made via bank transfer or online payment as available on the platform.
Subscription renewals, upgrades, and downgrades can be managed through the Subscription module. Reducing employee count below the number of active employees is not permitted without first deactivating the excess employees.
Online payments on JamunHR are processed securely through an authorised third-party payment gateway. We do not store your complete card or banking credentials on our servers. By making a payment, you authorise the applicable charges including taxes.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review it before subscribing. Duplicate or failed transactions where the subscription was not activated are refunded to the original payment method.
All employee data, payroll records, attendance data, and company information uploaded to JamunHR remains the property of the subscribing company. Livicot Enterprises will not sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties except as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with the Service's operations; (d) upload malicious software or content; (e) share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals; (f) use the Service to process data for companies other than the registered entity.
Livicot Enterprises strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for JamunHR. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen circumstances may result in temporary downtime. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
JamunHR provides tools for Indian statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and TDS calculations. However, the accuracy of compliance reports depends on the correctness of data entered by the company. Livicot Enterprises is not liable for errors arising from incorrect data input.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livicot Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of JamunHR. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted. Livicot Enterprises reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
