Company Information: Company name, GST number, address, state, district, contact email, phone number.
Employee Data: Full name, mobile number, email (optional), date of birth, gender, address, bank details, Aadhaar number, PAN number, salary information, attendance records, leave records.
User Account Data: Login email, encrypted password, role, activity logs.
Payment Information: Transaction references, payment dates, amounts (actual payment processing is handled by third-party gateways).
Usage Data: Browser type, IP address, pages visited, feature usage patterns (collected via cookies and analytics).

To provide and maintain the JamunHR service.
To process payroll, attendance, and compliance calculations.
To generate statutory compliance reports (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Form 16).

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers in India. We implement industry-standard security measures including: 256-bit SSL encryption for data in transit, encrypted database storage, role-based access control (RBAC), regular security audits, and automated backups. Employee data is isolated per company (multi-tenant architecture).

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your data. We may share data only in these circumstances:

Service Providers: Cloud hosting, CDN (Bunny CDN for file storage), OTP services (Message Central) — all bound by data processing agreements.
Legal Requirements: When required by Indian law, court order, or government authority.
Business Transfer: In the event of merger, acquisition, or sale of Livicot Enterprises, with prior notice.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. After subscription termination, data is retained for 30 days to allow export. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted. Payroll and compliance records may be retained longer as required by Indian tax and labour laws.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: (a) access your data at any time via the platform; (b) export your data in CSV/PDF format; (c) request correction of inaccurate data; (d) request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements); (e) withdraw consent for optional data processing.
